HOW CAN I BOOK MY HOLIDAYS?

You can book your holidays in Bibione in the following ways:

ARE THERE APARTMENTS ACCESSIBLE TO DISABLED PEOPLE?

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS FOR THE STAY?

The reservations have a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday. During low season’s period (April, May and September) are possible reservations of minimum 4 nights with weekly arrival and departure. For long period stays contact us to get a tailored offer.

 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT?

The apartments cannot accommodate a number of people greater than the number of beds indicated. In this case, children and babies are to be considered as adults.

 

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

The price includes the expenses for the consumptions (electricity, water, gas) and one beach service for each apartment for promotional purposes. It is not included the tourist tax, which amount varies from Municipality to Municipality and is calculated per person and per night. Other costs that can be added, such as the rental of sheets, towels and cots or the final cleaning, are at customer’s request.

 

WILL A DEPOSIT BE REQUESTED?

Upon arrival, as a deposit, the amount of € 100,00 will be requested for any breakages that at the end of the stay, after checking, will be returned. In the case of young groups the deposit may be raised up to a maximum of € 300,00/500,00.

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Small pets (max 8 kg) are allowed to be comunicated at the time of booking. A surcharge of € 60,00 per booking and € 60,00 for the mandatory final cleaning will be required.

 

IS A PARKING SPACE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION?

Each apartment has just one dedicated parking space of normal-size dimension. No place will be guaranteed for minivans and minibuses. We recommend you to respect the parking’s numbering and to use only your assigned parking space.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY STAY IN BIBIONE?

At the time of booking you can pay a deposit of 30% of the whole amount with bank transfer or credit card. The deposit must arrive within (and not later than) 10 days; after this date the deposit can be refused and consequently the revocation of the contract proposal. The rest of the total amount will be paid on the arrival together with the key’s delivery and can be paid in cash, credit card or bank transfer at least 7 days before the expected arrival date.

 

I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED MY HOLIDAY, CAN I CANCEL THE RESERVATION?

In any case of renunciation of your holidays to serious unforeseen circumstances, the deposit is not lost for cancellations communicated in writing at least 2 weeks before arrival. It can be used for a subsequent booking during the current or the following season; in the even of cancellation from 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, the deposit shall be withheld.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE AN ALREADY CONFIRMED RESERVATION?

It is possible to change the dates or the apartment booked subject to availability; no extra charge will be applied.

 

WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY APARTMENT’S KEY?

The key’s pick up will take place at our office located in Corso del Sole, n. 70 between 4.00 and 7.00 P.M. In the booking confirmation you will find all the information you need. If you have a delay, please inform the property company who will provide you with instructions on this.

 

WHICH DOCUMENTS DO I NEED FOR THE CHECK-IN?

At the check-in remember to keep the documents of all occupants and a copy of the lease or booking confirmation. To speed up the procedures, we strongly recommend that you fill in these data dirctly online on our website or through a link that will be sent you per e-mail.

 

CAN I CHANGE APARTMENTS AFTER CHECK-IN?

The apartment can be changed only during the arrival day and only in a particular cases or serious defects of the accommodation duly documented. Complaints about the state of the apartment must be made within the arrival day during the office hours.

 

HOW IS THE APARTMENT EQUIPPED?

All the apartments are completely furnished and provided with gas-stove, fridge, kitchenware (dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery), hot and cold water and electrical energy. The service for the replacement of the empty gas bottle is carried out by a specialized company during the office hours. For each bed one pillow and one blanket are available. Sheets, table linen and towels are not included; on request is it possible to rent only sheets and towels. For any restoration of crockery or other kitchen equipment, please contact our office immediately.

 

IF I HAVE PROBLEMS OR SPECIAL NEEDS WITH WHOM CAN I TALK TO?

At check-in you will receive some informative material that you will find also in the apartment. For any need or information our staff is always available during the office hours.

 

WHAT IS THE CHECK-OUT TIME?

The apartment must be left within 10.00 A.M. on the fixed day. The apartment must be left in order and clean, free from garbage, the fridge must be empty, the dishes washed and the cooking corner cleaned. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be charged.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE TO DEPART EARLIER THAN CHECK-OUT DATE?

In case of early departure or after hours please notify it us the day before. The keys must be returned to the staff or in the external mailbox of our office. In this case, if the deposit was paid in cash will be sent by bank transfer or will be charged to the account for those who have chosen to leave the credit card details as a guarantee. In both cases it will be returned after making the necessary checks.

N.B. In the case of early departure, the property company is not required to return the fee and expenses already paid.
